Shelby American Collection's Anniversary Event to Feature Carroll Shelby and Other Racing Legends
BOULDER, Colo., Nov. 16, 2010 /PRNewswire/ -- The Shelby American Collection – home to the premier collection of Shelby Cobras, Ford GT40s and Shelby Mustangs – will welcome Carroll Shelby and other racing greats at its Annual Holiday Party on Saturday, December 4th. Carroll Shelby, auto industry and racing legend who developed these iconic cars, will be the museum's Guest of Honor. Shelby will be joined by Shelby American World Championship drivers Bob Bondurant and Jack Sears and other drivers who were central to the success of Shelby American, including: Lew Spencer, Tom Yeager, Allen Grant, Chuck Cantwell and Walt Hane. Bill Neale, famous automotive artist and Shelby insider, will also be in attendance.
