Mo'Nique recently won the Academy Award for Best Supporting Actress for her portrayal of Mary Lee Johnson in the film Precious: Based on the Novel "Push" By Saphire, directed by Lee Daniels.  She is also a popular comic and host of her hit late-night talk show, The Mo'Nique Show, on the BET network.
