Seven Coats Rose Attorneys Named Texas Rising Stars by Super Lawyers

Charles C. Conrad is a Director in the Litigation and Construction/Surety sections of Coats Rose. Charles' practice includes complex commercial, oil and gas, admiralty/maritime, construction, real estate, and personal injury litigation. His approach to the litigation process is intense, specifically when it comes to trial, oral arguments, motions, and negotiations.
Jon Paul Hoelscher is a trial and appellate attorney with experience representing businesses and individuals in a broad range of legal disputes. He has represented oil field service companies, product and equipment manufacturers, general contractors, sub-contractors, as well as property owners and developers in a wide range of litigation.
Ryan Kinder's legal work is concentrated primarily in general and commercial litigation. He received his J.D. from Wake Forest University in 2008 and graduated Cum Laude from Trinity University. He is admitted to practice in Texas, the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Southern and Eastern Districts of Texas and the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Timothy Rothberg's practice focuses on complex litigation at both the state and federal levels. He has represented individuals and corporations in matters involving various commercial disputes, personal injury, wrongful death, premises liability, construction defects, and maritime law.
Brian Gaudet's practice focuses on representing owners, sureties, general contractors, subcontractors and suppliers in all phases of the construction cycle from contract documentation preparation and review to investigation and resolution of contract and subcontract defaults with special emphasis in representing sureties, general contractors and owners through lien and bond claims.
Construction law is one of Mason Hester's primary practice areas. He has represented design professionals, owners, general contractors, and subcontractors in a variety of construction transactions and disputes. In 2013, Mason was also one of three attorneys in Texas elected to the governing Council for the State Bar of Texas Construction Law Section, where he will serve until 2016. He currently serves as Chair of the San Antonio Bar Construction Law Section. Formerly, he was the statewide Chair of the Young Lawyers Committee for the State Bar of Texas Construction Law Section.
