PALM DESERT, Calif., Feb. 10 /PRNewswire/ -- Jim Couri, founder of Scamraiders.com, a pro-active website whose mission is "HELPING PEOPLE TO HELP THEMSELVES", has published an open letter to the New York Times, in response to a blog posted by Mr. John Eligon on Friday, February 5th, 2010, on the Times' "City Room" section online.
