SBA Senior Officials Will Be Present at Congressional Hearing and District Court Status and Scheduling Conference

What: SBA senior officials will be present at a Congressional Hearing for reauthorization of the program where they may be questioned by Senators on the recent landmark major court ruling for alleged discrimination in the $5 Billion a year Small Business Investment Company (SBIC) program in Federal Court. SBA must also appear in Court to consent to a jury trial date for discrimination in its benchmark finance program.
Who: SBA senior officials will also have to appear before District Judge Gladys Kessler, at 10:45 a.m., at the District Courthouse in Washington, D.C. to set a schedule for trial on the same matter.
