Today, court documents will be publicly released by the Santa Clara County Government Attorneys' Association that prove San Jose City Council Candidate and Values Advocacy Council Founder Larry Pegram, used a false identity to declare bankruptcy, signing multiple federal court documents under his AKA Lawrence Pellman.
When asked by the Government Attorneys' Association to account for his use of a false name when filing for bankruptcy, Pegram responded that it was a simple typo by a clerk. However, in an effort to conceal his bankruptcy from the public, Pegram used an alias, Lawrence Pellman to sign, under penalty of perjury, numerous federal court documents. This latest deceitful act comes on the heels of Mr. Pegram's admission that he lied about being a Certified Financial Planner--(CFP), which he is not.
