Papo is currently the President of the San Diego Hispanic Soccer Council and oversees the Hispanic soccer leagues throughout San Diego County, which includes over 15,000 adult players. Assisting Papo will be his long time assistant coaching partner, Jorge Uribe. Jorge also has a long standing history both on the playing and coaching side as well. Corporate sponsorship, ticket sales, merchandise sales and club memberships will be key elements in executing on the business side. We have assembled a quality front office and back office staff including the SD Boca FC booster club to build up our fan base and run team operations from our offices in San Diego," stated Skwara.
