Mr. Edgar joined Salient CRGT in July 2015 as Vice President, Chief Strategist for IT Transformation. Edgar has been promoted to Senior Vice President and will continue to manage Salient CRGT's Innovation Centers, providing forward leaning thought leadership and expertise to create transformative and efficient IT solutions to solve customer business needs. He has successfully infused these capabilities across the organization, enhancing service offerings to customers and knowledge sharing among business units and project teams. Edgar provides delivery teams with the tools, methodologies, best practices, lessons learned, and training to drive both innovative business solutions and continuous process improvement. Edgar was previously Vice President, Information Technology for the U.S. Postal Service.
Mr. Bahumian joined Salient CRGT in January 2014 as a Practice Director, leading business process management and data analytics engagements for the U.S. Courts and the Securities and Exchange Commission. Bahumian has been promoted to Vice President in recognition of the growth and leadership he has brought to his division. He has developed deep partnerships with customers, successfully delivering innovative solutions that enable them to meet their mission goals. His efforts have resulted in tremendous growth for the company. He was formerly Business Information Management Practice Lead at Capgemini Government Solutions.
Mr. Mathur joined Salient CRGT in June 2014 as Director of Operations. Mathur leads the company's Federal Health Practice, leading data analytics and business solutions engagements for the Department of Health and Human Services, including the Food and Drug Administration and the National Institutes of Health. Mathur has been promoted to Vice President in recognition of the growth, leadership, and increased scope he has assumed for the Federal Health Practice. He was previously Senior Manager of Advisory Services at Ernst & Young, and CIO at CGAP/World Bank where he led performance improvement and technology transformation initiatives.
