SAIC to Participate at Cowen and Company 34th Annual Aerospace/Defense Conference Live Audiocast Information
MCLEAN, Va., Jan. 17, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC) (NYSE: SAI) announced today it will participate in a discussion and a panel at the Cowen and Company 34th Annual Aerospace/Defense Conference at the Intercontinental New York Barclay Hotel in New York City on Wednesday, February 6, 2013.
SAIC chief executive officer John P. Jumper and Anthony J. Moraco president, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance Group, will discuss business developments, current trends, and SAIC's recently announced planned separation in a Q&A format with Cai von Rumohr, managing director and senior research analyst at Cowen and Company. Recently, SAIC announced its planned separation into two independent, publicly traded companies; with John Jumper appointed to lead the $7 billion National Security, Health and Engineering Solutions Business, and Tony Moraco appointed to lead the $4 billion Government Technical Services and Enterprise IT Business.
