Rothschild Joins D.C.-Based Monument Capital Group LLC

WASHINGTON, July 13 /PRNewswire/ -- James Rothschild has been appointed Vice President and Partner of the Washington DC based private investment and advisory firm, Monument Capital Group LLC (www.monumentcapitalgroup.com).

Monument Capital Group LLC also announced the opening of its office in central London.  The London base will allow the group to focus on expanding its European activities.  The London office will complement existing operations in New Delhi, India and Istanbul, Turkey.  Mr. Rothschild will operate between London and Washington, DC.

Mr. Rothschild began his career at NM Rothschild and Sons in London, working in both the risk management and private banking divisions. He later spent time at JNR UK, a boutique investment bank specializing in emerging markets. Subsequently, Mr. Rothschild joined Hargreave-Hale, a London-based fund manager.

Baker, a former Special Assistant to President George W. Bush and Robert J. Dunn, a former Principal and investor with the Carlyle Group, where he was a member of the buyout team.
