TORONTO, Sept. 16 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ - ROMARCO MINERALS INC. (TSX-V: R) (the "Company") announces that Mr. Fraser Sinclair has advised the Company of his resignation as Senior Vice President and CFO of Romarco Minerals effective October 8, 2010. Mr. Sinclair is leaving to join a pre-IPO opportunity.
Mr. Joe Romagnolo, the Company's Corporate Controller, has been appointed Interim CFO. Mr. Romagnolo is a Chartered Accountant and earned his CA designation with PricewaterhouseCoopers and was Corporate Controller of Centenario Copper before joining Romarco in February 2010. The Company has launched a search to fill the position of Senior Vice President and CFO.
