Robert Walters Named Chief Operating Officer of DivDat Kiosk Program

DETROIT, Nov. 29, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- DivDat, a high-tech payment and invoicing company, has named Robert Walters as Chief Operating Officer of the company's self-service payment kiosk division, it was announced today.

In his previous role, Mr. Walters was instrumental in helping launch cash-accepting "smart safes" which allowed for the seamless transfer of cash between businesses and banks.

Mr. Walters' experience includes creating a commercially disruptive Remote Cash Capture program, and grew it into one of the leading industry offerings. The solution includes intelligent safes, a Software as a Service (SaaS) component, client dashboard, installation and support services.

His previous assignments also included directing the payment kiosk program and included developing client specs for engineering design and manufacture. Business elements included understanding markets and value proposition and partnering with key industry hardware and software suppliers.

Mr. Walters earned an MBA from Wayne State University and resides with his wife in Northville and will work out of DivDat's headquarters in Ferndale, Michigan.
