RiskAnalytics Joins ACTRA
Partnership will provide cyber threat intel to members
LEAWOOD, Kan., April 8, 2016 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- RiskAnalytics, a leading provider of cyber security solutions for mid market enterprises, today announced its collaborative relationship with the Arizona Cyber Threat Response Alliance, Inc. (ACTRA), joining ACTRA's Advisory Board to jointly explore deliverable initiatives.
ACTRA is an initiative comprised of public and private entities, with government agencies as invited guests, aligned around the goal of improved response to cyber security events through better sharing of cyber threat information. ACTRA's Member Organizations represent 14 of 16 USDHS critical sectors, with representation across three states.
"ACTRA has been recognized as a model for cyber threat information sharing in response to the 2015 Executive Order 13691, a timely call for increased cooperation among business and government," said Jeff Stull, CEO of RiskAnalytics. "We're excited to work with ACTRA and add our threat intelligence subject matter expertise and capabilities to the group's collective resources."
An ACTRA survey has shown that members are especially concerned with timely intelligence on advanced persistent threats (APTs), which is RiskAnalytics' foundational service offering and area of expertise. "With RiskAnalytics and ACTRA proactively exploring creative collaborative initiatives that are expected to mature into meaningful solutions, our members will benefit from more actionable, relevant and timely information they need to protect their organizations," said Frank Grimmelmann, ACTRA's president and CEO/intelligence liaison officer.
