Richard Viguerie: Appeals Court Ruling on Obamacare is a Reminder to Constitutional Conservative Activists

"The 11th Circuit Court of Appeals has decided 2-1 that Obamacare's mandate attempting to force individual Americans to buy federal government-approved health insurance is unconstitutional.

"This is a hopeful sign that at least some of the freedoms usurped by the passage of Obamacare will be restored without legislative action.
