Richard Nurse Joins Matthew Adam Properties

NEW YORK, March 6, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Richard C. Nurse has joined Matthew Adam Properties, Inc., as a Senior Asset Manager, Ira Meister, President and CEO of Mathew Adam Properties, a leading New York property management firm, has announced.

Nurse will oversee the rental properties in the Matthew Adam portfolio.  He has extensive experience in residential leasing, marketing and management having supervised initial leasing activity in several luxury and LEED-certified high-end properties.  In addition, he served as account supervisor on the Coca-Cola account at a major marketing firm.  Nurse is a licensed real estate salesperson and serves on the board of his co-op.

Nurse received a BA in economics from Johns Hopkins University and an MBA in Marketing and International Business from the Rutgers University, Graduate School of Management.  He also studied at the Ecole Superieure de Commerce in Tours, France.
