RevitaLash® Cosmetics Continues Devoted Support of Breast Cancer Research

VENTURA, Calif., Oct. 27, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- On October 8, 2015, RevitaLash® Cosmetics and City of Hope, a leading cancer research and treatment center, held the second annual Gayle Brinkenhoff Breast Cancer Symposium.  The purpose of the symposium was to support breast cancer research and educational initiatives, a cause that RevitaLash® Cosmetics has supported from its inception nine years ago.  Following the success of last year's inaugural event, "The Gayle Brinkenhoff Symposium: Genomes, Damage and Repair in Breast Cancer," this year's symposium again brought together a community of respected research scientists and clinicians at the world-renowned City of Hope campus in Duarte, California.  Participants communicated with each other on a myriad of breast cancer-related topics, including advanced breast cancer genetics, early detection and prevention strategies, new demographic and risk evaluation methods, innovative diagnostic and treatment modalities, recent advances in immunologic concepts, and potential future therapeutic regimes.
