RenewData's Vestigate Software Delivers 88% Cost Savings to Fortune 500 Client Currently Engaged in eDiscovery

AUSTIN, Texas, April 20 /PRNewswire/ -- RenewData®, a leading provider of eDiscovery, archiving and review solutions, today announced that it has completed a project for a Fortune 500 company in the communications sector using its proprietary Vestigate solution.  In this case, 4.6 million pages were reviewed in only a few weeks, saving the company 88 percent in expected costs versus traditional linear review.

RenewData acquired the Vestigate technology last year and has received significant attention since that time as it is highly differentiated in the market.  Vestigate is unlike other advanced review technology because it greatly accelerates decision making based on human understanding of language, as opposed to mathematical representations of that language that is prone to greater inefficiency and error.

In this case, a competing solution had been tried by the review team first, but it was later replaced with Vestigate because it delivered greater throughput, greater transparency and greater confidence that all documents relevant to the case had been captured.
