ReliAvail I.T. Company unveils two new ways for businesses to eliminate phone and fax lines, increase capacity and negotiate with multiple telephone service providers
CHAMBERSBURG, Pa., Oct. 24, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- ReliAvail I.T. Company today announced offerings that eliminate costly dedicated telephone or fax lines and enable multi-provider business communications: VoIPEnable for legacy telephone systems, and FaxEnable for traditional fax machines.
VoIPEnable allows an existing business telephone system (PBX) to send and receive calls over commodity internet like T1, fiber or even DSL. Businesses utilizing VoIPEnable leverage existing telephone system investments, and eliminate expensive analog or digital telephone circuits, including PRI; lengthy contracts can be eliminated, and phone calls can be sent the cheapest route, in real-time. Additionally, calls can failover to other providers in the event of outage.
Oftentimes, legacy phone systems cannot utilize VoIP, or vendors require additional license fees for VoIP functionality. VoIPEnable communicates with telephone systems via existing interfaces, eliminating the need to purchase additional licensing or upgrade to a new telephone system. Businesses are freed from having to work with incumbent phone service providers in their geography, and can negotiate better rates for more robust service.
FaxEnable allows businesses to keep using existing fax machines, but eliminates the need for dedicated fax lines. Faxes are captured by a conversion device at the customer premise, transmitted over the internet via the same HTTPS security that banks utilize, and then sent to traditional fax machines over the normal telephone system (PSTN). FaxEnable costs just $2.99 per month plus usage; a typical business will need to send approximately 12,000 fax pages per month via FaxEnable to equal the typical cost of one dedicated fax line. FaxEnable does not utilize the problematic T.38 Fax over IP (FoIP) technology.
