John Theurer Cancer Center (JTCC) researchers, led by Drs. Goy and Pecora, are principal investigators/co-authors of 39 abstracts being presented at the ASH meeting representing the latest groundbreaking science in hematologic malignancies. This month, JTCC commemorates the 25^th anniversary of its first bone marrow transplantation (BMT), a pioneering procedure performed by Dr. Pecora and his team; it is now one of the nation's top 10 BMT centers. Drs. Goy and Pecora are available to offer insights on key studies assessing PD-1 immunotherapies in blood cancers, and CAR-T cell therapy in the treatment of B-cell malignancies.
