MINNEAPOLIS, July 2, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- RBA, an award-winning technology firm with headquarters in Minneapolis, announced today that it has acquired the Microsoft CRM and Office 365 division of Meritide, Inc.
Meritide is a business and technology consulting solutions company that has been serving clients throughout the upper Midwest for over a decade. RBA acquired Meritide's CRM and Office 365 practices which include a team of full-time employees and over 145 customers. Meritide will continue providing their other lines of business.
The transaction closed on June 28, 2012. As a result of this acquisition, RBA will add Microsoft CRM solutions to its suite of services which include custom application development, portals and collaboration, cloud computing, data management, business intelligence solutions and web, social and mobile applications, strengthening its position as a nationally-recognized Microsoft Partner and technology services provider.
