Ramon Icasiano Joins Zirtual as Chief Operating Officer
Silicon Valley Veteran Brings Experience from Netflix, Zynga, and MCI (Verizon)

Icasiano comes to Zirtual with a track record in building powerful customer experiences for formidable brands like Netflix, Zynga, GAP, TiVo, and Verizon (MCI). Beginning this month, he will be responsible for Zirtual's continued growth strategy and the sustainable scaling of the company's services worldwide.

Icasiano is a Silicon Valley veteran of over 20 years and was most recently a partner at Cognizant Business Consulting, where he worked with leading global enterprises to achieve business transformation. His focus on operating models and processes served to enhance customer experiences, increase productivity and unlock innovation, ultimately driving corporate performance and value.
At Zynga, Icasiano served as Vice President of Advocacy and Service, where he launched the global support teams and scaled operations to support 320 million monthly unique players.
Icasiano's five-year tenure at Netflix as Director of Customer Service included supporting the company's massive member growth from 293,000 to 5 million members. There, he facilitated cost-effective, scalable customer support and developed the analytics, programs, culture, and organizational support to launch Netflix's DVD and online services.
Icasiano's work has been recognized with the 1:1 Media Customer Champion Award, Zynga Rockstar Award, Zynga Spirit Award, MCI Excellence in Service Award, and MCI Circle of Excellence in Service Award (three times), representing the top 1% of company employees. He earned his master's degree in leadership from St. Mary's College of California.
