Rally Software Names David Huberman New General Counsel
Leading Agile Provider Adds Experienced Strategic and Operational Legal Advisor to Executive Team
BOULDER, Colo., Oct. 30, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Rally (NYSE: RALY), a leading global provider of cloud-based solutions for managing Agile software development, today announces the appointment of David Huberman as general counsel. In this role, David will lead Rally's worldwide legal affairs, including corporate transactions, licensing, intellectual property, general corporate matters, governance and compliance.

David brings to Rally more than 15 years of experience negotiating complex transactions, forging strategic relationships, and handling a broad range of legal and regulatory matters in both private and public company settings. Most recently, he served as general counsel and corporate secretary at Webroot, a leading global provider of cloud-based Internet security and security intelligence solutions for consumers and enterprises. Prior to Webroot, David was Assistant General Counsel at Intrado, a leading provider of emergency communication services and technology.
Prior to joining Intrado, David was an attorney with the Washington D.C. firm Wiley, Rein & Fielding. David earned his law degree from the Georgetown University Law Center, a Master of Business Administration from the University of Denver, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Policy Studies from Duke University.
