Quantum Technologies Regains Compliance with Nasdaq's Minimum Bid Price Rule

IRVINE, Calif., Feb. 21, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Quantum Fuel Systems Technologies Worldwide, Inc. (Nasdaq: QTWW) announced today that on February 17, 2012 it received a letter from Nasdaq Staff notifying the Company that because the closing bid price of the Company's common stock was at least $1.00 per share for at least 10 consecutive business days it has regained compliance with The Nasdaq Stock Market's $1.00 minimum bid price rule set forth in Listing Rule 5450(a)(1) and the matter is now closed.
