BIRMINGHAM, Mich., April 19 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- ProGreen Properties, Inc. (ProGreen) (OTC Bulletin Board: PGEI), www.progreenproperties.com, is pleased to announce that Robert Armstrong has recently joined ProGreen as Vice President of Operations. Robert is a young lawyer with a proven "flair" for business that will provide a solid platform for the day to day running of the company.
ProGreen is also proud to announce the launch of its wholly owned subsidiary, ProGreen Realty LLC (PR LLC). PR LLC is a fully licensed real estate brokerage company led by its newly appointed Real Estate Broker, Christina Lombera. Christina brings with her over twenty years of real estate experience and knowledge in residential, multi-family and commercial transactions, for the past seven years with Keller Williams Realty in Farmington Hills, MI.
PR LLC will be run totally independently of ProGreen but will also serve as an invaluable "tool" for seeking out acquisition opportunities for ProGreen. PR LLC will also help with speeding up the process of successfully acquiring new real estate. PR LLC is expected to be profitable in 2010.
ProGreen has moved into new offices, as from April 1, providing more space and functionality, meeting the demands of the expanding business. Recently ProGreen also closed on another acquisition in Farmington Hills, MI and further closings are expected in the near future.
ProGreen has now also joined forces with award winning Architects, Young & Young (www.yyarchitects.com), of Bloomfield Hills, MI. Their vast experience and expertise in special design, green thinking, and modern eco-friendly construction, will bring ideas and solutions necessary for ProGreen to be able to transform average properties into great modern homes.
