Prive at Island Estates On-Site Sales Gallery Now Open on South Florida's Last Private Island

AVENTURA, Fla., March 26, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Privé Developers, LLC, led by co-developers BH3 and Gary Cohen, Principal, announced today the opening of the on-site sales gallery for Privé at Island Estates, marking the official launch of sales for the luxury real estate project set on South Florida's last buildable private island. Since the inception of pre-sales in late 2013, the geography of buyers currently represents more than 15 countries, including: Argentina, Brazil, Canada, Chile, France, Italy, Mexico, Russia, Switzerland, United States, and Venezuela, amongst others.
