PRIVATE WiFi has launched a Video Challenge contest on its Facebook page, calling users to submit an original video that highlights PRIVATE WiFi as a solution to the dangers and risks of using public WiFi
SHERMAN, Conn., Sept. 28, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- PRIVATE WiFi, a leading company in the security software market, today announced that it has launched a Video Challenge contest on its Facebook Page. Inviting users to film an original video about PRIVATE WiFi, the company is giving two cash prizes of $500 and $250 to the first and second place winners, respectively.
To enter, users must first watch a video from Pants on Fire, an award winning international theatre company based in London. In their jingle for PRIVATE WiFI, Pants on Fire demonstrates the risk of public WiFi but without using scare tactics. PRIVATE WiFi is calling all users to use this video as inspiration to create their own.
Those up for the challenge must take the simple fact that Public WiFi is not secure but PRIVATE WiFi keeps you safe and turn it into a fun and engaging video. To be eligible, the submission must highlight the phrase, "It's PRIVATE WiFi."
Entries for the contest will be accepted at PRIVATE WiFi's Facebook page. Submissions will be accepted from Wednesday, September 25th - Wednesday, October 23rd. Voting will begin Wednesday, September 25th through Thursday, October 31st.
Video submissions are available to view on PRIVATE WiFi's Facebook Page. The two videos with the most "likes" at the end of the voting period will win the First prize ($500) and Second prize ($250), respectively. There is also a special "Judge's Prize" that will be unlocked at the discretion of PRIVATE WiFi. The prize for this promising entry will be funding to reshoot the video and make it into a commercial for the product!
