Porex Corporation Divests Surgical Division to Stryker Corporation
Porex to Focus on its Core Customers and Materials Science Expertise
FAIRBURN, Ga., Nov. 1, 2010 /PRNewswire/ -- Porex Corporation ("Porex"), a portfolio company of Los Angeles-based investment firm Aurora Capital Group, today announced that it has sold its Porex Surgical division to Stryker Corporation ("Stryker") (NYSE: SYK).
