PMC Commercial Trust Announces Second Quarter Dividend of $0.16 Per Share

DALLAS, June 14 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- PMC Commercial Trust (NYSE Amex: PCC) (the "Company" or "our"), a real estate investment trust, announced today that its Board of Trust Managers has declared a second quarter 2010 quarterly cash dividend of $0.16 per common share payable on July 12, 2010 to shareholders of record on June 30, 2010.   The dividend is our 66th consecutive quarterly dividend.
