PJM's CEO Transition Complete; Andrew Ott Assumes Duties Of President And CEO

Board commends CEO Emeritus Terry Boston for his service

VALLEY FORGE, Pa., Oct. 15, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- The PJM Board today officially welcomed Andrew L. Ott as PJM's new president and chief executive officer after a six-month transition working closely with retiring CEO Terry Boston. Boston will serve as CEO emeritus until his retirement on Dec. 31, 2015.

Since being named to succeed Boston on April 29, 2015, Ott has been meeting with PJM stakeholders including members, state and federal regulators, employees and industry leaders.
