Pitbull's Third Fragrance Line Is His Most Personal, Inspired by His Heritage
NEW YORK, Nov. 30, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Pitbull, the globally successful music icon and business entrepreneur, announces today the launch of PITBULL CUBA, a signature fragrance line available in two distinct scents for men and women. Inspired by his exotic motherland, PITBULL CUBA embodies the essence of the Island's legendary nightclubs, sultry beats and the quixotic combination of sugar and rum. The new fragrances exude a vibrant culture and aspirational experiences.

Crafted by Givaudan, CUBA MAN is a scent that draws upon the desire of spending hot, sunny days lounging on powdery sand beaches followed by steamy, passion-filled nights. The men's fragrance features top notes of rosemary, bergamot, lemon and cardamom, highlighted by jasmine, coriander and oakmoss. Dry notes of tonka bean, cedarwood and musk round out this aromatic blend.
CUBA WOMAN, composed by Fragrance Resources, is designed for the seductress hidden within and takes your breath away with a mesmerizing balance of citrus fruit and floral notes. Bergamot, mandarin, pomelo and white pineapple compose the top notes, while rich orange flower, magnolia, freesia and mimosa blossoms round it out. Finishing touches of soft amber, warm blonde woods and layered musks polish out the intoxicating fragrance.
The bottle's look was designed by Pitbull, and has been the signature look of each of his fragrances since he launched his first in 2013. The exterior is sleek and architectural, reminiscent of modern skyscrapers throughout the world. Both CUBA Man and CUBA Woman bottles feature vibrant, retro artwork, similar to what you would find throughout the Island. While the CUBA Man bottle depicts an attractive vintage sailor being doted on by a coquettish femme, the WOMAN bottle illustrates a playfully seductive Cuban dancer who is confident and knows what she wants. The exterior packaging flaunts vintage artwork; while CUBA MAN catches the eye with jewel-toned classic cars, CUBA WOMAN celebrates sexiness and the female form. A Cuban flag peeks through in each design.
