Pete Clemens Joins Surgical Care Affiliates as Chief Financial Officer

BIRMINGHAM, Ala., Oct. 11, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Surgical Care Affiliates (SCA) announced today that Pete Clemens has joined the company as Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer, effective today. Pete will be based at the company’s offices in Birmingham, Alabama. He served previously as Chief Financial Officer of Caremark, a national prescription benefit management company that was merged with CVS in 2007.
