PURCHASE, N.Y., May 2, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- The Board of Directors of PepsiCo, Inc. (NYSE: PEP) today declared a four percent increase in the company's annual dividend, from the current annual rate of $2.06 to $2.15 per share on PepsiCo common stock. It is the company's 40th consecutive annual dividend increase.

The quarterly dividend of $0.5375 is payable June 29, 2012, to shareholders of record on June 1, 2012.
