SACRAMENTO, Calif., March 2 /PRNewswire/ -- The 2nd Annual deVere's Irish Pub St. Patrick's Day Block Party on L Street will be powered by some of Sacramento's largest brands. Global brand Pepsi is the Presenting Sponsor in conjunction with Entercom Radio's "The Buzz 106.5." The Sacramento Kings will have the Kings Dancers and Slamson onsite for entertainment. San Diego-based Classic Party Rentals will showcase its 25-year legacy in party tents and infrastructure. And Yellow Cab is on board to provide safe rides for party goers.

Hosted by de Vere's Irish Pub on March 17 from 8 a.m. to 2:00 a.m., Sacramento's St. Patrick's Day event will feature outdoor food tents, full bars serving fine Irish whiskeys, 26 beers on tap, Gaelic dancers and bagpipes and drums. Live music will be part of the festivities, featuring party favorite Tainted Love playing hits of the 1980s. Sacramento's largest Irish St. Patrick's Day celebration will take place at the popular Firestone Building at 16th and L Streets.

Tickets are $20 per person. Advance tickets include priority entrance and can be purchased at deVere's Irish Pub.
