Pennsylvania Breast Cancer Coalition Hosts Statewide Conference
U.S. Senator Robert Patrick Casey receives Pink Ribbon Award
EPHRATA, Pa., Sept. 21 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- The Pennsylvania Breast Cancer Coalition (PBCC) Annual Conference will be held on Wednesday, October 13, 2010 at the Harrisburg Hilton & Towers from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

The PBCC honors four influential breast cancer activists at the 2010 Annual Conference. The Pink Ribbon Award will be presented to U.S. Senator Robert P. Casey, Jr., U.S. Senate, and Martin's Potato Chips, Inc., a major PBCC Grassroots Partner through the "Martin's Chips in for a Cure" program.
In addition, the Vivian and Meyer P. Potamkin Foundation Award for Breast Cancer Research will be awarded to Thomas B. Julian, MD, Associate Director of Medical Affairs, NSABP; Associate Director, Allegheny Breast Center; and Professor of Human Oncology, Allegheny General Hospital Cancer Center. Rosalyn Evans, breast cancer survivor, PBCC volunteer, and founder, ABC'S Support Group, will be honored with the Shining Light Award.
