Rated as the highest-ranking financial institution in the large company category, Pacific Continental once again receives accolades for its workplace practices.
EUGENE, Ore., March 5 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Pacific Continental Corporation (Nasdaq: PCBK), the bank holding company for Pacific Continental Bank, today announced that it was recognized by Oregon Business magazine as one of the 100 Best Companies to Work For in Oregon. Statewide, nearly 20,000 employees from 303 companies participated in the publication's annual survey. Rated as the highest-ranking financial institution in the large company category, Pacific Continental's 18th place ranking – an improvement over last year's 21st place ranking - marks the tenth consecutive year Oregon Business magazine has recognized Pacific Continental for its excellence in workplace practices. For the fourth consecutive year, Pacific Continental was included in the large company category which recognizes businesses with 250 or more employees world-wide.
