PA National Guard to Host Hiring Expo for Service Members, Veterans

HARRISBURG, Pa., April 27, 2012 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Service members and veterans of all military branches and components are invited to attend a Military Hiring Expo on Wednesday, May 2, in Washington County.

The event will be held from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Pennsylvania National Guard Armory, 125 Goodridge Lane, Washington, Pa. 

Kicking off the event will be a resume and interview workshop from 10-11 a.m. Local, regional and national military-friendly employers with ready-to-hire jobs in a variety of industries including energy, trucking, logistics, distribution and corrections will be available from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Universities and technical schools will also be in attendance.

Spouses and family members are welcome to attend.
