Oscar's, "the happiest steakhouse in the universe," announces new Vegas happy hour specials
50 percent off cocktails from 4 to 6 p.m., everyday
LAS VEGAS, July 26, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- The "happiest steakhouse in the universe" will deliver even more merriment as Oscar's steakhouse inside the Plaza Hotel and Casino in downtown Las Vegas introduces its happy hour specials.
The new happy hour will run from 4 to 6 p.m., everyday in the lounge and bar area of Oscar's steakhouse. Specialty cocktails, well drinks and a wide selection of beer and wine will be half-priced during happy hour.
For the summer, Oscar's expert bartenders will be serving a few new drinks, including the "Downtown Neon," a refreshing and light cocktail made with Pinot Gris, watermelon and lime.
Oscar's has become the home away from home of one of the city's most beloved and colorful leaders, former Las Vegas Mayor Oscar Goodman. Guests can often spot "Hizzoner" at the bar enjoying his signature martini, aptly named "What Oscar Drinks" and made with Bombay Sapphire and fresh jalapeno.
And Oscar's has become a popular destination in downtown Las Vegas not only for its handcrafted cocktails and delicious dinner menu but also for its retro-meets-modern décor that guests find comfortable and inviting. Oscar's bar and lounge offers guests the opportunity to relax with friends and enjoy unique cocktails created with Goodman and downtown Las Vegas in mind, such as "The Carolyn" and "The Vegas Vic."
