Orvieto, Italy Becomes First Non U.S. city to Officially Mark and Embrace July 4th
ORVIETO, Italy, July 5, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Marco Bosco, CEO of EMG Dream Loud, yesterday presented Orvieto 4Ever an innovative multimedia event in partnership with the city of Orvieto, Mayor Antonio Concina, Fondazione Cassa di Risparmio and Vetrya with additional cooperation by The Commercianti del Centro Storico and Cardeto, the signature winery of the city and makers of world renowned Orvieto Classico.

Aligning with the 2013 Year of Italian culture in America, O4E was established in recognition of and tribute to influence and support Italy has had in the United States, from Phillip Mazzei's contribution to the Declaration of Independence, Constantino Brumidi's artwork in the U.S. Capitol building and its famous rotunda to the generations of Italians that literally helped build American infrastructure.
Yesterday's event featured the sixty piece Orchestra Italiana del Cinema performing classic cinema scores accompanied by large format video projections at the Duomo, the town's majestic cathedral which first broke ground in 1290. Appearing with the Orchestra was Shawn Mims performing his cinematic single "Senseless."

Vice President of the newly formed O4E organization is Cesare Bianchini, the CEO of Domenica Fiore, a global premium olive oil producer and winner of the 2013 International Olive Oil competition in New York.
Bianchini says of the fortress town that once controlled the trade route between Florence and Rome that "Orvieto is one of the most dramatic sites to see in Europe, rising out of the surrounding hills, so we wanted to create an equally dramatic event that solidifies Orvieto as a forward thinking global city. Our plans are to make this an annual destination event similar to Sundance and South by Southwest"
