ONPATH Technologies Announces Steve G. Vogel as New Chief Financial Officer
New, full-time role created to support the company's continued aggressive growth plans
MARLTON, N.J., July 19, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- ONPATH Technologies, the leader in scalable connectivity and monitoring solutions for high performance networks, today announced the appointment of Steve G. Vogel as their new Chief Financial Officer (CFO). In this new role as part of ONPATH's Executive Team, Mr. Vogel will oversee the company's Finance and Administration, Legal, Accounting, Mergers and Acquisitions, and Human Resources.

With more than 20 years of industry experience with start-up and mid-sized companies in the software and high tech industries, Mr. Vogel has served in various executive roles for US- and foreign-based companies conducting business in Canada, Europe, Israel, Japan, India, and Singapore.

Prior to joining ONPATH, Mr. Vogel served as CFO to NYC-based NICE Actimize, a NICE Systems company, and the largest provider of financial crime, risk, and compliance software for the financial services industry. During his tenure, he helped lead the company's 50% growth, achieving over $120 Million in revenues. Previously Mr. Vogel spent three years with a rapidly growing SaaS hedgefund software provider, Paladyne Systems. In a public company CFO role, he led Chordiant Software to its first Non-GAAP profitability. He served as the CFO of Tessera, Inc., where he prepared the company for an initial public offering. Mr. Vogel also served in various roles with iLogistix, Microbank Software, Guardian Industries, Corning, and Ford Motor Company.

An attorney at law, Mr. Vogel was admitted to the State Bars of New York, New Jersey, and Arizona, and has held both CPA and CMA designations.
