GLENDALE, Ariz., May 26, 2015 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Insight Academy of Arizona (ISAZ), a tuition-free, online public school serving students in grades 7-12, announced today its upcoming graduation ceremony in Glendale.
On May 27, more than 100 high school seniors who learned online will graduate from the school, which offers a comprehensive education approach with targeted support specifically for struggling students. While working with the award-winning K12 curriculum, ISAZ's state-certified teachers provide assistance helping students fill in skill gaps and move toward high school graduation. That makes this event particularly meaningful for ISAZ students and families.
This year's graduates will be headed to colleges such as Arizona State University, Grand Canyon University, Arizona Western College and Rio Salado College. The Keynote Speaker for the event will be Margaret (Margie) Jorgensen, K12 Senior Vice President and Chief Academic Officer.
"These students are great examples of what success can look like. They have worked hard to reach this significant milestone," said Kelly Van Sande, head of school of ISAZ. "We look forward to seeing where ISAZ's students go next."
