On Point Technology, LLC Announces New President Thomas Luparello

OAK BROOK, Ill., March 26, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- On Point Technology, LLC, the leading provider of software solutions to Unemployment Insurance (UI) Agencies is pleased to announce the appointment of Thomas Luparello as president, effective April 1, 2015.  Luparello succeeds current On Point Technology President and CEO Michael Lorsbach who announced his desire to step down earlier this year after over 25 years of continuous service to the company.

Mr. Luparello brings more than 20 years of executive business management and relevant industry experience to his new role; having previously served as Executive Director at the DC Department of Employment Services. Mr. Luparello is an executive-level leader, in both the public and private sectors with key emphasis on administration, operations, infrastructure, security, growth, and project management.

Mr. Luparello holds a degree from Chicago-Kent College of Law. He is also a graduate from the University of Chicago, Booth Graduate School of Business and St. John's College, in Santa Fe, New Mexico.

Michael Lorsbach will continue to be involved during the transition and is assuming a new position as Founder and Chairman of the Board.  Mr. Luparello's appointment is part of a managed executive transition, which has been coordinated by Mr. Lorsbach and the members of the board.
