Applicants will be asked to write a 750-word essay on defining the challenges and opportunities for a business or organization serving today's lesbian community. The winning student will travel aboard Olivia's Majestic Alaska Cruise in June 2017 and will benefit from mentorship opportunities as well as support for the publication of a relevant article in Curve, the nation's best-selling lesbian magazine.

The application process will be open September 10th through November 20th, 2017. The winner will be chosen by a panel of judges, based on the quality of their essays and will be announced the first week of January 2017.
