Ohio, You May Have Lost a 'King' but You Just Gained a Queen

ATLANTA, July 23 /PRNewswire/ -- On Sunday, July 25^th Hooters is running a full page ad in The Columbus Dispatch announcing that while the state of Ohio may have lost a "king" to Miami, they just gained a queen.  LeAngela Davis, a Hooters Girl from Columbus was crowned Miss Hooters International 2010 during the 14^th Annual Hooters International Swimsuit Pageant earlier this month.  She is the first African American to win the Miss Hooters International competition.

LeAngela returned home to Ohio with the most coveted title within the Hooters system, $50,000 and will be the face of Hooters for the next 12 months.  Her future plans already include: representing Hooters at the Jimmy V Celebrity Golf Classic in Raleigh, NC; a trip to Iraq and Kuwait to visit troops during Hooters Let Freedom Wing Tour; and photo shoots for Hooters Calendar and Magazine.
