Occupational Health Center Joins Concentra

ADDISON, Texas, June 2 /PRNewswire/ -- Effective May 21, Concentra, a national provider of occupational health and urgent care services, has expanded its customer base and reach with an asset purchase of Occupational Health Center, P.C. (OHC) in Des Moines, Iowa.

Concentra will consolidate the operations of OHC into its two Concentra Urgent Care centers in Des Moines, and OHC owner Tony Sciorrotta, M.D., will join Concentra as a supporting physician. This acquisition will support Concentra's extensive client base, its long history as the leading provider of occupational medicine to employees, and a growing demand for comprehensive health and wellness services.
