NxStage Kidney Care Opens Dialysis Center in Parkland, Florida

LAWRENCE, Mass., April 30, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- NxStage® Kidney Care, Inc. (NxKC), a subsidiary of NxStage® Medical, Inc. (Nasdaq: NXTM), today announced the opening of a new dialysis center in Parkland, Florida.  Like the Company's other Florida centers located in Jacksonville and Orlando, NxKC Parkland offers patients with renal failure flexible and customized therapy options managed by a team of highly trained nurses and medical professionals.

Patients and their care partners receive comprehensive, individualized training for all home therapies offered at the center. The new facility features the NxStage System One™ for several of the therapies provided, including home hemodialysis (HHD), home nocturnal hemodialysis, flexible in-center hemodialysis, and short-term respite care. In addition, the center offers peritoneal dialysis (PD) and transplant assistance.
