NuVet Labs Partners With K9's For Freedom & Independence

WESTLAKE VILLAGE, Calif., Nov. 12, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- NuVet Labs, creator of NuVet Plus, a natural, nutritional pet vitamin supplement, is proud to announce a partnership with Veteran owned & operated K9's For Freedom & Independence, a non-profit organization dedicated to training and providing service dogs to veterans. NuVet has made a donation of $500 to the organization, as well as will provide NuVet Plus and NuJoint Plus vitamins to all K9's For Freedom & Independence service dogs.

K9's For Freedom & Independence was founded in 2012 by Gulf War Veteran Janeen Baggette.

Baggette's non-profit business, K9's For Freedom & Independence, trains rescue dogs to perform as service animals for military veterans, police officers, fire fighters, and emergency medical service workers with PTSD and/or Traumatic Brain Injury at no cost to the recipient. They also train rescues as detection dogs for law enforcement agencies. Currently K9's For Freedom & Independence has 10 Service Dogs, which provide multiple therapies to those in need.
