Nstein Technologies announces the appointment of Marten den Haring as EVP of Product Strategy and Marketing

MONTREAL , Jan. 5 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ - Nstein Technologies Inc. www.nstein.com (TSX-V: EIN), a leader in digital content management solutions for information-rich enterprises, today announced that Marten den Haring has been appointed Executive Vice-President of Product Strategy and Marketing.

Marten den Haring comes from Oracle Corporation where he held senior responsibilities in product management, more specifically on the Oracle(R) Collaborative Suite and Oracle(R) Beehive. He joined Oracle in 2002, serving in a variety of leadership positions before taking on his most recent role as Senior Director of Collaboration Technologies. Marten holds a PhD in Business Administration focused on using a linguistic approach to the management of quality communications.

Nstein also announced today that it has granted options to purchase a total of 1,200,000 common shares to members of its executive team and certain employees in accordance with its stock option plan. The options were granted at an exercise price of $0.29 per share and have an expiry date of five years.
