Novostrat Obtains Judgment Against Pregis Manager in Europe

LIMERICK, Ireland, July 22, 2013 /PRNewswire/ --

Novostrat has obtained a judgment in Poland against its former General Manager and board member, Mr. Henryk Arciszewski

Novostrat previously had rental arrangements with some mobile phone companies for use of their antennae on Novostrat premises. Mr. Arciszewski organized for these arrangements to be assigned to a company to which he is personally connected, shortly before he left Novostrat. Novostrat was tied into obligations for 20 year term without any option to exit or change. The judgment obliges Mr. Arciszewski to compensate Novostrat for the losses it has suffered.

Mr. Arciszewski is currently general manager of Pregis operations in Poland, Czech Republic and Hungary. This is a competitor of Novostrat.

Mr. Arciszewski was a central figure in the move of 6 key people from Novostrat to Pregis in 2011 in suspicious circumstances

Pregis is a US multinational engaged in the packaging industry

Novostrat is a privately owned European company engaged in the same business sector as Pregis. Novostrat has made substantial investment in Poland in recent years with employment now approx 300 people in Poland
