North American Property Preservation Appoints Alper and Pucciarelli to Key Positions

CALABASAS, Calif., Aug. 30 /PRNewswire/ -- North American Property Preservation Corporation (NAPPCorp) today announced the appointment of Michael Alper as Managing Director of Field Operations and Dee Pucciarelli as Director of Management Information Systems.

NAPPCorp is a full service real estate property preservation and management company. It serves firms in the lending and real estate industries challenged with managing, maintaining, preserving and repairing residential properties.

Previous to his appointment by NAPPCorp, Alper was president of Servpro of Encino/Sherman Oaks, California where since 2006 he worked with insurance carriers, adjusters and contractors and others on mitigation and remediation of residential and commercial properties. From 1996 to 2006, Alper was president of Meridian Health Care Management, Inc. of Woodland Hills, California.

Prior to joining NAPPCorp and since 2004, Pucciarelli was Assistant Vice President and REO Operations Manager for OneWest Services of Austin, Texas. From 2001 to 2004, Pucciarelli was a default servicing specialist for Ocwen Federal Bank of Orlando, Florida.
