Halloween statistics can be a little spooky – the average child will collect 60 pieces of "fun-size" candy on Halloween night, totaling 4,800 calories, one-and-a-half cups of fat and three cups of sugar. But at Sweet Tomatoes and Souplantation restaurants, parents can design a delicious and healthier start to the holiday, with options from an endless salad bar plus a selection of 6-8 soups all made from scratch daily and fresh from-the-oven baked goods.
